Is my data safe?

We take data security very seriously at Fleetfoot. Our servers are hosted in state of the art cloud at amazon web services with latest in security practices. Our application is tracked and protected by 24-hour surveillance and we ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches and updates. Our platform is also compliant with the latest trends in security practices and include SSL encryption to keep your data safe on the internet. All critical information is further encrypted and stored in our databases that are deep buried in layers of protection.

Who owns my data?

We do not own your data. You do!. It is your data and we maintain the highest integrity when it comes to customers data. You will be able to export all your data from fleetfoot at anytime.

Release cycles & upgrades

New Features/Modules as part of the FleetFoot Product Development Roadmap and in line with the Industry’s practices will be provided as part of the core product and release cycles.

Implementation & Knowledge transfer

One Time Implementation Cost of based on scope of migration shall be charged at the start of new product migration. Implementation Process will include Basic Customization, Technology Setup and Knowledge Transfer Implementation Period will comprise of 160 man hours of development, integration and training time. A Product Specialist from Fleetfoot be available onsite during the Implementation Period. Any Change/Customization request, that exceeds the stipulated 160 man hours will be mutually scoped and charged on a time and material basis on mutually agreed rates.

How does the support desk work?
  • All users will be able to chat with a product specialist directly through our realtime helpdesk chat feature in the software.
  • All user accounts will be given access to the support site that contains detailed instructions and usage guides on how to use various modules and workflows in fleetfoot. Users will also have access to various public forums around a certain topic. Users will also be able to raise tickets with the Fleetfoot support desk either through the support portal or email.
